Dungeons & Dragons 5E - Custom Initiative Tracker - Abyssal Theme - Black and White

Description: A custom size (66x166 mm) foldable initiative tracker meant to track the PCs order during combat, as well as their AC, passive perception, and initiative bonus on one side, and max, temporary and current HP on the other, along with death saves. They can be folded and placed on either the DM screen (having the HP tracker side face the poor players so they can watch the HP drain), around the battle mat or on top of the PC sheets.

I've made them in the style of my Abyssal-themed character sheets which you can also find in my shop if you're interested!

Important: This is a print version of the initiative tracker, and although you could potentially fill it out with a program like photoshop, it was originally meant to be filled up with a pencil or the like.
